For example, in the original Gwent, 23 cards were enough to have a deck. You must have thought that you were going to be creative, but changing cards = changing game.ģ) You changed the deck rules. Yes, some are similar, but overall they are different. Let me tell you why.ġ) Where is the wonderful Gwent music? You have replaced it with some other music, without - I would say - realising the importance of that specific music, or the importance and the impact of the Witcher 3's music as a whole.Ģ) Where are our original Gwent cards? You have replaced the old cards we are used to with new, different cards. So, dear CDPR, the first thing I have to tell you is that this new game of yours you call Gwent is not "our Gwent". ![]() The fact is, sometimes a different type of feedback can be more useful that the usual heap of compliments. I am testing other video games for other companies, and I always provide a honest, although - of course - personal feedback. I have just been granted access to Gwent Beta (thank you for the privilege, I appreciate it), and, after trying it, and spending a good amount of time thinking about whether I should post a comment, I decided to do it. Sorry but this 'ain't Gwent'.įirst of all let me tell you that I simply adore the Witcher 3 (have both PS4 and PC), and have played in-game Gwent, with all related quests, as much as possible.
